Connection to ArcGIS Portal from FME desktop

Hi,

I'm trying to make a connection from FME desktop with our ArcGIS Portal using Oauth2.0 application to read FeatureServer from portal.

I can get to connect the App from Portal side to FME desktop using webservices manager. the connection is then established.

but when I try to read featureserver using reader I get this error. is anyone knows a solution or workaround for this.

Error: Python Exception <HTTPError>: 403 Client Error: ModSecurity Action for url( hier is our portal URL)

I get same error if I use user name and password.
