Can we group data together to make only one email?

Hello everyone,

Allow me to ask you because I would like to set up an alert system based on this urban furniture file.

I create two filters one for the condition of the furniture and the second for the management department.

It does send an email the problem is that if I have two entities it makes me two emails.

How can I transform to group my entities to send only one email?

Multiple ways to do this, but one way is to use an Aggregator. You can then concatenate a field, like a log message.
