FME's Data Inspector is a lightweight viewer designed to show you FME's view of the data, so it does not have the same symbology rendering capabilities as CAD or GIS systems. However, all of the symbology information is read from the CAD file and stored on the format attributes, such as autocad_hatch_pattern_name. These attributes can be seen by clicking on the feature and looking at the Feature Information pane.
