So imap is not available on the company email.

SMTP is also not allowed.

I thought an FME Server app would work, but the company phone does not have VPN.

So what can I do to kick off the workflow? Because it expects some values which needs to be provided by the user.

Would appreciate any ideas.

What kind of outgoing connections are possible/allowed on the company phone? FME Server supports a few other external triggers, such as Amazon SQS/SNS, but of course it has to work within your IT limitations.

Yeah, the FME Server does not have internet access except for a 1 or 2 exceptions. I will have to reach out to IT to add Amazon SQS to the white list.
