Our company has a new credit card. So, I have to change it in the billing in FME Hosted. But there no place to do this. As far as I know i'm the admin, so should have all the rights.
Does someone have an idea?

You’ll have to look at the account, not at the actual Flow Hosted instance. This will typically be at a URL that looks like:
https://<my-account-name>.fmecloud.safe.com/billing/summary
