If you'd like to see this as a full-blown transformer or functionality in FME, please consider posting your idea in our Ideas forum. This is where we go to keep track of user-grown ideas and consider their implementation in upcoming releases.
I'm thinking this might also be a great idea for a custom transformer, if you're feeling ambitious. You could use something like the HTMLExtractor or HTTPCaller to scrape the web for the information you need, and then manipulate the results in FME to extract your start and end coordinates.
