Transformer for adding unique string attributes

I have to add unique attributes for fields like Tender Number, Project Number etc to all the feature in the database. The whole database having more than 100 features. Which transformer can help me the best.

Now I am using AttributeManager, which for different sessions and different Tender set database i have to change the entire attributes in the AttributeManager.
