select if hook one side edge

I have line like Road and points are like houses

i have fields like side and ID_T

in picture highlighted blue apts having same ID_T because hooking same named edge

side field , if it hook right get R or else get L

In above wrong is only single edge that highlighted red circle apts

I need to select which apts are hooking only one side
