Job Queue Won't Start?

I think we're pretty much 97% through an installation of FME Server in production, but we can't seem to login. When we checked the log files, it seemed to point to the Job Queue not starting up properly. There's also a redis process that seems to be running that shouldn't be? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated,

Hi @livingon411,

Just to confirm, were you able to login to server using the Default User Accounts and Passwords? Additionally, what version of FME Server are you installing?

Since you mentioned you checked the log file and it appears to be a job queue issue, the suggestions from Steve and Jen in this article might help you resolve the issue.

No, I cannot login with any of the default user accounts or passwords. We are installing 2020.0.1

I checked those references you mentioned and they don't seem to have improved anything on my end.

Interesting. Okay, I think it's best to proceed with this as a support case so one of our Server Experts can work directly with you on to resolve this.

Please use the Report a Problem web form to open a new case and our team will reach out as soon as possible. Please include as much information about the install as possible (i.e. type, what step you are at), build number of FME 2020.0.1, and any relevant log files if they have been created.
