I would like to hide half of my transformer in one workspace and do password for half of workflow so User will not be able to show the whole work .

I mean ,for the same workspace ,I want to make security password to appear the whole workspace .

But without password ,user can open the work space but it does not show him the whole work space till he write password to show the whole work .

Do we have a method to do that

As @antoine says, look into using a custom transformer:

https://docs.safe.com/fme/html/FME_Desktop_Documentation/FME_Workbench/Workbench/custom_transformer_creating.htm

You will want to use a "linked" custom transformer, meaning that it will reside in a separate file and not embedded into your workspace. You can password protect the contents of this custom transformer, so that only those with the password can see the contents. You will still be able to run the workspace without the password, however.

The only way is to create a custom transformer for the part you want to hide.
