My FME floating licence is installed on Windows2008 R2 Standard server. IT would like to upgrade the server to Windows2008 R2 Enterprise version. Would FME licence still works after changing the server to Enterprise version?

The floating license server is tied to (one of the) network MAC address of the machine where the flexserver is physically installed. If the MAC address is unchanged, the license should still work even after upgrading the OS.

If the MAC address changes, you will need an updated license file. You will have to contact your FME reseller for help with this, it shouldn't take them long to help you out.
