It might be handy to have a link to this question, or perhaps more usefully a KC article that clarifies this, linked right underneath the set of license manager downloads on www.safe.com/downloads. We get this question quite a lot and as you already link off to explain why people should choose the 32bit or 64bit FME Desktop installer, this is an example of where it would be handy to do the same.
