Is the Floating License Installer for Windows 64-bit build: 11.15 supported on Windows Server 2016?

I am look at installing the Floating License Utility "Floating License Installer for Windows 64-bit build: 11.15" and would like to know whether it is supported for install on Windows Server 2016? I can't seem to find any pre-requisite doco for this.
