I do not use my FME Cloud account anymore, but I still get invoices. How can I close the account?

To close your account you first need to terminate all FME Cloud instances of your account. After this step you can close the account via the FME Cloud Console (https://console.fmecloud.safe.com). Please refer to our documentation:
