Where Can I Find Knowledge Base, Documentation, and Support?

  Q) What happened to the FME Community?

A) What you previously knew as the FME Community, has been split into two parts.

These parts are:

 

 

Q) Why did you split them up? Doesn’t it make them harder to find things?

A) We wanted to have both support and the community on the best platform to best meet the needs of our users.

However, the best platform is not necessarily the same one for community and support. So the community has now moved to a new platform and the support team will be moving to a different one shortly.

The Search tool on the community already returns content from documentation and the knowledge base, as well as the forums, so you can easily find the content you need, regardless of where it lives.

And once the new support system is live, we’ll go about incorporating menus together, so it’s even easier to navigate, without even realizing when you switch platforms.

@kennyo Thanks. Do let us know if you think we should add a link to the menubar. We don’t want to clutter it, but maybe it is worth it in this case?
