i have dragged and dropped a LL27 shapefile on to Fme workbench 2020.2. Then I add a writer. Set the output dimension as 2D and coord system as TX-S. Running this is giving the error as above.
The same workflow runs without errors in FME workbench 2017.1 In fact I do not have to set any dimension in 2017.1 The simple coordinate conversion from LL27 to TX-S runs normally.
Wondering what I need to tweak out here in 2020.2 to get the same result
