Does FTPCaller consider sftp/ftps URL the same way ?

Hello everyone,

I searched a lot about this topic but nothing matched the same problem.

I have a functionnal ftps URL that return the good file in filezila. But when using it with the FTPCaller, it return a timeout. Whatever the parameters are.

But if I declare the URL as a SFTP, it does the job.

It work here because the server do accept the query with sftp but if not, I am afraid I'll be block with the ftps only.

Does someone face the same problem ? Did you find why and how counter it ?

Hi @prive​sorry to hear you're having issues with the FTPCaller. I have a few follow up questions that will help myself and other users better understand your issue:When you connect to your SFTP server in FileZilla, does your URL contain "sftp" at the beginning? If so, try changing this to "ftp" in the FTPCaller. For example "sftp://ftp.safe.com" would become "ftp://ftp.safe.com"Are you using a proxy on your machine?
