Yes, several ArcGIS formats available to read into FME (file GDB, SDE, etc).

but to read ,I think it require Fme Esri but I have Fme desktop ?

And other question , Does it possible to read by oracle spatial data format ?

Hi @gogopotter90​ 

There are 2 requirements in order to work correctly with ArcGIS and FME applications.

  1. Required ArcGIS License types for FME Geodatabase formats
  2. FME license requirement for Esri formats (most likely an FME Esri Edition license will work). 

 

FME_License_Req_Esri 

 

But since you mention that you might need to read and write Oracle Spatial database, I would recommend using a Database Edition license

Yes, If you want to read the following formats, FME Desktop Professional Edition licenses is good enough for all the following datasets

Esri ArcGIS Online Feature Service

Esri ArcGIS Portal Feature Service

Esri ArcGIS Server Feature Service
