fme server page can't login

fmeserverhi,

im already install fme server new version 2022.1.1

but after install this happen.

 

i already try change port 8005 to 8006. 82 to 83

i already restart server, start/stop/restart fme server

i already install/uninstall fme server..

 

but this blank page still happen. need help

i cant use port 80 because it already being use by iis. in installation part i change to 82. and the port already allow in inbound and outbound firewall.

Hi @shakeradzi​ ,

 

Sorry you're running into this. Here are a couple of questions to start troubleshooting:

  • Is your install an express or are there distributed components?
  • Normally when the login page is not loading, it indicates an issue with the Database. If you're on Windows, can you ensure that all 4 FME Services are running in Windows Services?
  • If you try temporarily disabling any firewalls, does the login page load?
  • Do you see any errors in these log files?
    • <FMEServerSystemShare>\\resources\\logs\\core\\current\\fmeserver.log
    • <FMEServerSystemShare>\\resources\\logs\\tomcat\\catalina.log

thank you for your helping and kindest, herewith what we do.

1. we already can use the fme server now.

2.our trying is remove everything that included fme

3.disable temporarily firewalls

4.restart server

5.start all service (postgresql,tomcat,iis)

6. install back fme server

7. boom... its work...
