I recently saw two very interesting webinars regarding Data Streaming.
We want to prepare for our customers proof of concept on the subject.
I am looking for a free or low paid data source from which I can extract data and show to our customers.
Is there such a data source that can be selected by a particular country, and type of data? (IoT, GPS, etc.).

This is a tricky one. I don't know of any public high-volume streams via a broker such as Kafka, as providing access would have a cost. We ended up simulating our own rush hour of Vancouver to create a dataset for our demos but they aren't public, unfortunately.
There are some lower-volume real-time data streams that you can signup for:
