Fme DataExpress login

Hello!

I have trouble connecting to the Fme DataExpress app, I enter my login information, and the URL of our fme server, and it gives me this error:

Hello @dor1411993​ , did you type 'http' instead of 'https' in your server URL by chance? (or vice versa). It would be good to double check that the server URL is correct, but if you're still having problems please submit a support case with us so we can help further! Best, Kailin.

Thanks @dor1411993​ for your help with isolating this issue. We found that some certificate chains have problems with the library the DataExpress uses. There is a ticket for fixing this issue, but please submit a case or let us know if you are also seeing certificate issues with the Data Express.

The challenge is that it doesn't have a clear tutorial, and so many other more complex aspects of the system are more important than this one. I know how to find the app in iTunes or Google Play and download it onto my phone. But if I wasn't actively looking for the app in the first place, why would I think to search for it? And if I don't know that Fame makes mobile apps, how else would I figure out how to use them? For example, if you're trying to get information from your Fame data logger while away from your computer, you can use their Android or iOS apps instead. And they do have excellent support and can help you with all kinds of things. However, I've read an article about their collaboration with teaminternational.com that will provide the best IT solutions to solve all the problems.
