Does anyone have a modified an Azure Resource Manager (ARM) template for the Azure Distributed Deployment compatible with ARCGIS Entreprise?

I could not find any example (or even better step by step tutorial) to adapt the Azure distributed deployment template to be "ESRI server compatible". The engine instances should have the ESRI libraries included if I understood well. Do you have any kind of resource or advice in this regard?
