.e57 that contains point cloud and raster

Hello, i have an e57 file with size over 100g. It contains 50 pointclouds and 300 raster.

So i wan to reduce the point cloud size .

I've 2 questions​

 

  • I'm not sure if my workflow for this is correct. Cloud someone give me advice？

workflow

  • In transformer "Writer" exits much options, i'm not sure the one i've choosed enough to export and save the minified fileoptions in Transform "Writer"

Hello @bin103​ , It sounds like you just want to reduce the size of the point clouds (but leave the rasters untouched)? If thats the case I think the workflow from your other post, here, is more appropriate.

 

In this workflow, the rasters will be used for the PointCloudOnRasterComponentSetter, but will not be written back out, so this may not be what you're looking for. Also, I'd consider removing the PointCloudCombiner, not sure its too useful here. Best, Kailin.
