I have FME Server 2021.1.2 Build 21627 - linux-x64.
I have a problem with the filter jobs by user.
It's impossible to find some users.
For example with the user "generic".
It's very embarrassing...
As you see, it's works fine in the menu User Management

I'm sorry that you encountered this problem, there was a known issue with the filter when there were a large number of users in the system (for the customer who first reported the issue this was ~3000) and I suspect this is the issue you are encountering.
This issue (internal reference: FMESERVER-17303) was resolved in b21630, unfortunately, there is no known workaround.

Good news if the issue is resolved but it's not always easy to update FMEServer with some restrictions.
Unfortunately with have 2-3 other big issues with this version so maybe it will be our choice...
