convert Using XML hierarcy(parent-child id) to relational database(postgresql) tables

If you're new to working with XML in FME, I recommend checking out Getting Started with XML and FME tutorial. Also, we have a getting started tutorial for databases too: Let the Databases Do the Work (particularly the writing example).
