How to Linear Pattern a line with cell pattern when writing to a V8 DGN?

I am converting ArcGIS data into a V8 DGN file and need to linear pattern a line with an existing cell. I see where you can set the igds_class to 5 (LINEAR_PATTERNED). However, I do not see any options to set the active cell to be a pattern, so the line does not appear in the DGN file. Is linear patterning supported in FME 2020.0.2.1?

    Hello. Perhaps you need to create a dgn in microstation with line samples and use this file as a seed file
