I need your help about FME Quick Translator

For using Infraworks,

When I try to translate CityGML to IMX with this software, I can’t avoid the below problem.

I copy the error message,

>>This workspace requires a Python 2.7 interpreter, but FME could not find one to load. Consider updating Python code in the workspace to be Python 3.x compatible, then change `Navigator > Workspace Parameters > Scripting > Python Compatibility' to a Python 3.x option. Alternatively, reinstall FME with the Python 2.7 optional component enabled

>>Python is not available. BEGIN/END Python disabled”

I tried to fix it, but couldn’t find “Navigator” panel in FME Quick Translator

Please tell me solution about this problem

Thank you for reading and I’m waiting your reply

Are you using a workspace at all in the quick translator (a .fmw file)?

The error suggests the workspace (.fmw file) is old.

You can try and change the interpreter from 2.7 to 3.x by opening up the .fmw file with FME Workbench (not quick translator).

If this doesn't help (it might be that python 3.x is too new for the workspace) then you might be able to reinstall FME Desktop with python 2.7 enabled. I'm not sure if it's an option in the lastest version of the FME installer, however, it was in FME 2020.
