i have oracle data, how could i configure it to read the data from it .
i am not sure how to connect with and read the data
parameter available :
user and password and Host and port no. and service name

The Oracle Reader will allow you to enter those credentials (database, username and password) in a Database Connection. That way you only need to enter them once.
This clip is a bit older and about PostGIS, but the steps for Oracle are essentially the same.

Failed to obtain any schemas from reader 'ORACLE_NONSPATIAL' from 1 datasets. This may be due to invalid datasets or format accessibility issues due to licensing, dependencies, or module loading.
what should i do ?
