Hi! Some schedules do not run on our fme server because users who last edited them have been removed / do not exist anymore. How can I query / see which user last edited given schedule? Or if this is not possible how to get the list of schedules that do not run?

It is not currently possible to retrieve information on the last user to edit the schedule. From the Manage Schedules page on the Web UI you'll be able to see the schedule owner and this is the person who first created the schedule.
If the schedule owner user account was removed from your FME Server this should not prevent the schedule from triggering a job, when a user is removed the admin will be prompted to transfer ownership of all their items to another existing user.
I'd suggest you start by reviewing all the Schedules to make sure they are in an enabled state and also check if they have a value for the 'End Time'. If the schedule has been stopped or if the end time is before today's date this could be the reason your schedule is not running.
