Yes I'm looking for with this way, but, the problem is that I don't understant how can I create a grid with cells not alligned. Any solution?

Have a look at the HexagonSampler custom transformer on the hub. You can use a centerpoint replacer to get the points.

I don't know how to put this in words... Create two grids with a starting point offset on one of them, filter by row or column, odd on one and even on the other.
