I created with sql creator a dataset then i write the data in two sqlite or postgres table.
Same data and data type.
If i compare the both, the first set id detected as deleted and the other is detected as added.

What Attribute Matching are you using?
If you use "All Attributes" some format attributes that are not visible might be different (table name).
You should use the "Selected Attributes" and select only the attributes from the table.
