Inspectors within the Transformers are gone

with the new 2019 Version there is a new Feature:

 

 

i had these and worked with it then the IT reinstalled FME.

I still have 2019 but now these Inspectors within the Transformers are gone.

Is there an Option to activate or deactivate these?
