Update network lines with new points

Hi @sati27 An AnchoredSnapper will snap the line segments to the points but it looks like you might want to iterate through that a few times, gradually increasing the snapping distance until every point has been snapped to. If you want to actually move vertices instead of inserting new ones, then break the lines into segments with a Chopper and use End Point Snapping with the AnchoredSnapper.
