excel sheet - copy a row based on a value to another sheet

hello,

i have a excel document that i want to change with fme.

What i want is that colum A, B, C, D and E are copieed to another file if there is a value in a certain date (of colum F........till...AC)

Here is the result that a want: U will see that a want that a row will be copieed if there are more values of a diffrent month, see row 20 and 21.

i hope that u understand it, the document of excel is attached

i also add a cloner to split a row on a value (higher then 1), so u get multiple rows of the value is bigger then 1
