automatically created attributes fme_geomattr_ on Oracle FeatureTypes, also some other bugs

I noticed after upgrading to FME 2019.1 (19608) a strange behaviour.

When importing Oracle FeatureTypes, FME automatically adds "fme_geomattr(index).oracleXXXX" attributes. I haven't found any setting in preferences for this, and don't know why it is doing this.

- same occasion, in attribute view. Why isn't it possible to properly change the width of the columns?

That's something which buggers me a long time in many builds....

- in 2019.1 I cannot scroll the log-window anymore. Also clicking in the logwindow didn't help.

no problems in 2019.2 which I am testing on another server.

Thx for any advice, also have a great weekend everybody,

best regards from switzerland, Chris.

Hi @reservoirdog,

Apologies for the delay in responding to you about this issue!

While I am responding late, I do have good news! This issue where "fme_geomattr{}" are added when importing feature types has been resolved! This is fixed in the FME 2019.2 betas: safe.com/beta

As for not being able to change the width of the columns, I have not been able to reproduce this issue. If this is an issue that has been around for many builds, have you reported it to us via a case for us to investigate?

Hey Andrea, thx for these infos.

The column-resize-issue must have been a single issue in a special build.

I also cannot produce the issue in 2019.1.3 (19642).

thx again and regards from switzerland,

Chris
