Microstation Tag Color and Font

Hi,

I am writing tags to Microstation V8 DGNs. I want to set the tag colour and font style, but when reading the below article it seems that those attributes cannot be set when writing to tags.

Do I use a DGN styler instead?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
