Is there any reason why this is like this?
Clipper - Attributes are not merged in Outside output
In FME Desktop 2015, I have noticed that the Outside output of the Clipper does not contains the attributes of the clipper feature even if the merge attributes checkbox is checked. Only the Inside output seems to contains the merged attributes.
