The Reprojector or CSMapReprojector would do the trick, assuming your XY coordinates are in a known projection/coordinate system.

I need the Latitude and Longitude in an excel file. Please can you extend your support

Okay, so a CoordinateExtractor to save the values in attributes and then an AttributeReprojector to change them to lat/lon
