What is the earliest version of FME that is compatible with Windows 10? When did support for Windows 10 become official?

FME 2016.0 and newer support Windows 10. This also applies to FME Server.

It is recommended to use the current latest release, 2016.1.3 Build 16709 (at the time of this posting).

It might not officically be supported, but I am running FME2014 SP3 without problems on W10.
