I have set up an email notification to fire me an email when the workspace has successfuly run.  I am curious as to how I get the name of the workbench that has run to be my subject line?

Do I need to creat a seperate email notification for everyworkspace I want published?

NOTE: I do not want to use python.

Hi

Looking at the template keywords (http://docs.safe.com/fme/2015/html/FME_Server_Documentation/Default.htm#ServerCore/Email_Templates.htm), I doesn't seem possible to include the workspace name. I think your best bet is to either use the FMEServerEmailGenerator (https://store.safe.com/transformers/fmeserveremailgenerator) or the PythonEmailer (https://store.safe.com/transformers/pythonemailer) (don't worry, you don't have to write a single line of code). Both are available on the FME Store.

This is now possible in FME Server 2016.0 The JSON that is passed contains the repository, workspace name and log URL. Like this:

{ ... "repository": "Samples", "workspace": "austinApartments.fmw", "logUrl": "http://localhost:8080/fmerest/v3/transformations/jobs/id/1/log" }

would you also be kind to tell us how to do it? (to insert the JSON srting into the e-mail subject)?

My guess is that @aaronkoning means that in 2016 there are new tags, such as workspace and log that can be used the same way template keywords work
