I have tried PoinOnRasterExtractor but this does not work. I have tried to use the PointCloud transformers but still no luck. I must be missing something but can't see it.
Need to add height value to a 2d point layer using a DTM layer based either on ASCII or NTF files.

With the SurfaceDraper or SurfaceModeller you can drape vector features on surfaces. Not sure if this is the best solution but this is how I would do it.
