My workbench is able to read xml files in FME desktop. While publishing, i upload needed files along with it and it works fine. But each time to change fil list, i have to download workbench and modify reader source file list.
First please tell me how to read xml files using publish parameters.
Second, How can i make this dynamic?like placing xml files in a directory and pointing my workbench to read all xml files inside that.

To open similar datasets use the advanced browser poiting to your XML input directory.
Also use the UNC path when uploading to FME server.

If you are sure about the path, then the only issue I can think of, are premissions on that shared folder. Does FME server have the correct set of permissions?
