It's been few days I am being introduced to FME, just a question which might sound naive.
What is the simplest way to implement Authorisation in FME server.
Suppose I have N # of workbenches awaiting an invokation from N no of external systems(both web and non-web) .
have a look at this FMEpedia arcticle. Integrating FME Server with your Active Directory server is an interesting avenue that you could look at.

It's worth pointing out that, if you choose to go the AD route, the upgrade path is not entirely smooth if/when you want to upgrade to a new version of FME Server. It's currently not possible to migrate your AD security settings when you upgrade.
