How do I compact an access database created in 64 bit FME?

Hello, I'm a newbie here so I hope someone can help me out.

I have a basic work space where I extract data out of an Oracle DB and write it out to an MS Access DB and compact on completion.

This is to be run by a scheduled task on a server calling a batch file which has the command line prompt for calling my FME workspace.

I wish to use 64 bit FME to do this transformation but upon completing the transformation successfully it gives an error saying compacting of database is not available in 64 bit.

The result being a Access DB with all the data but not compacted.

Thanks in advance for any help.

The MS Access 64bit driver that FME uses does not support database compact. You could try creating an empty MS Access database and setting the database Access Option to Compact on Close.
