MDT raster quality assesment

I wonder if there are transformers for QA of MDT, in particular:

1.-Gaps: detecting gaps such as rasterSpikerFinder but as the contrary, pixels or points that are much lower that neighbourd

2.-FlowDirection

3.-Streamline generation
