Ive seen great work is being done to bring FME Server to Docker but im keen to know more about deploying FME server on a kubernetes cluster. I found a github repo for FME server helm charts but there doesnt seem to be much supporting documentation or press releases detailing the progress of this work by Safe. Are these Helm charts in a usable state?

Yes the helm charts provided on https://github.com/safesoftware/helm-charts are indeed in a usable state! Please also check out our Kubernetes quickstart scripts that you can find on the Safe Software Container Deployments page. The containers and the docker-compose deployment is production ready and our Kubernetes deployment is currently still a tech preview, but we are actively working on it.
Here you can find some more documentation for the container deployments. We will incorporate this into our public FME Server documentation soon.
