Hi,

Can FME read drone log file (UBX, it captures flight path) and convert to sHP/kml?

yes....i was trying to upload a file , but it exceeds 1mb and it won't let me...i'm looking for a smaller one...thanks!!!

I tried to open in FME Desktop using the Reader NMEA Automatic Identification System (AIS), txt, csv but without success.

 

Maybe this format is encrypted. I searched on the web if has any python library ( transformer PythonCaller ) to work with this format, but without success.

BTW, we found a site where it can convert the ubx file to kml, http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/

(upload and download the file manually)

 

but we would like have this process automated in FME.
