Error using RasterMosaicker

When running RasterMosaicker I get the following error message

ESRIASCIIGRID writer: Failed to get tile of size 1 rows by 500 columns at row 4999, column 0. I'm trying to mosaic ESR AsciiGrid files. Can anyone advise please?

Hi @chris_fc the files has the same rows and colums? Projection?
