Has anyone else noticed this? Where should I report bugs such as these?
Sorter doesn't handle Norwegian letters æøå correctly?

I'm trying to sort a field containg street names. It seems the Sorter doesn't handle the order of the Norwegian letters æ, ø and å correctly. I get streets starting with å before streets starting with ø (should be æ, ø, å). I can fix it using an extra sort field after a test filter, but it's a little annoying. I'm using FME Desktop 2014, SP3.

yes, indeed, it looks like the Sorter isn't collating the norwegian characters correctly. I was able to reproduce this in FME 2015 as well.
You should report this as a bug to Safe (https://safecommunity.force.com/knowledgeSubmitCase).
