I have a point cloud from Leica (.bin file) how can I read it in FME

Unfortunately, FME does not have a specific Leica .bin reader according to the List of Supported Formats. Perhaps you could try using another .bin Point Cloud Reader to see if you can read in the data or Creating a Custom Format?
